Deputy Bursar (RUNSS 14)

Conditions of Service

Successful candidates shall be placed on consolidated salaries and shall enjoy other conditions of service attached to the respective positions, as approved by the Governing Council.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, not below Second-Class Lower Division in Accounting from a recognized University with at least fourteen (14) years of relevant post-qualification experience, a considerable part of which should be in the university system.

Candidates, who must possess a professionally Accounting qualification (FCA, ACA, ACCA) must have served for at least 4 years in a position, not below the grade of Chief Accountant or Deputy Bursar in an institution of higher learning at the time of applying for this position. Possession of a higher degree and membership in additional recognized professional bodies will be a good advantage. 

Candidates must be ICT literate and must enjoy good physical and mental health.
